Coupon Import

Hello my website just recently started doing business with deal find and halfoffdepot. They provide us with a large list of coupons for items that have been purchased through there site via a CSV. I went under import to see if there was any way to import these coupons into the system and didn't see any. Will I have to input each one of these manually or is there a plugin for this? Is there a better way than doing it manually because it would take forever? If there isn't could a plugin be considered for development since I am sure many people could use a this function.
