Translation of product description not shown

-- Joomla version -- : latest
-- PHP version -- : 5.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : na
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : na

Hi,

I've followed the instructions to switch to multi-language shop. Bought falling, installed it. Seems to work in backend.

When I select UK-language followed by a product the NL (dutch) product-title is shown on the product page whereas I expected to see the UK-tanslation?

Any idea why this happens?

Hi,

Did you follow the steps here ?
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/...ge/with-translations

If not, please do so.
If you change the current language and the text is not translated even though you entered a translation, go in the Falang component's translations listing page in the backend and check that the translations for your product are there and enabled. If not enabled, enable them.
Also, make sure that the Falang driver plugin is enabled in the Joomla plugins manager.

It works now, after following your steps, must have been something wrong along the road...

btw. your link generates a 404 probably you ment: demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/...ge/with-translations
