wrong Product image in attachserial

Hi there,
i need some assistance to configure attach serial in order to generate e-tickets.
I want to give my vendors the opportunity to sell tickets for there events. So i placed a new category (tickets) some characteristics and some custom fields (date, time, location) - works so far. My next goal is now to put all these things in an image generated by 'attach serial'. The troubles i have are:

  • I dont get the right Product image (it generates an image, but it's a wrong one)
  • I find no way to generate the custom fields context
Overall i would be happy about some help.

Hello,

1 - It's difficult for me to know what is right or wrong without the proper details about the product and his images.
2 - Which custom field are you talking about (and a custom for what ? Product ? Item ? Order ?)

I've created 3 product - custom fields

  • date
  • time
  • location
that i want to be displayed on the ticket.

p.s. my image problem seems to be solved. Is there a possibility to get an preview without going through the whole checkout process?

Hello,

By using the "email" button in the toolbar while you edit an order in the HikaShop backend, you will be able to send test emails.
Each time "attach serial" will perform his task and generate the image.

One other solution is to configure "attach serial" to work as virtual download file and set a product file to your test product.
Afterwards in the backend you will just have to download the product file to get the new image.

If you have product custom fields, you can access them thanks to "product..." and specifying the custom field namekey.
The plugin will get the content directly from the database.
