Hi,

I am trying to setup recurring payments with the Hikashop Paypal Recurring Payment Plugin.
The recur payment can be created and paid periodically via Paypal.

The question is how can i modify the amount of the existing recurring payment?
(On both Hikashop and Paypal payment)
(e.g. To change from $2/day to $3/day)

Cheers,

Kenneth

Hello,

Paypal do not authorize that action ; so HikaSerial Subscription can't provide you that feature.
All you can do is cancel the current recurring in paypal and start a new one.

Hi Jerome,

Thank you for your reply.

All i can do is email my customers one by one and request them to purchase the new subscription on my site one more time?
Are there any convenient ways Hika can help to speed up process for the customers to re-sub?

Hello,

I don't know how your website is structured and how you have configure the subscription ; nor why you need to contact your customers one by one.
What I can tell you is that HikaSerial Subscription have an email notification system for subscription expiration notice.
You also have "mass email" function in Joomla.
You can also find mailing component (like Acymailing) to send a message to every person in a specific list (or user group).
