Hi,

This is a presale question regarding a customer who want to sell cards (individual) which grant the owner for some kind of discounts or advantage in selected virtual or real shops.

The idea would be to use HikaSerial to generate individual personalized vouchers. The voucher/card would be valid for one year. After that the customer would have to buy (renew ?) a new card (subscription ?). But he'd like also let the customers choose to pay monthly. ie each month the bank "take" a fix amount of money corresponding of the monthly fees of the vouchers.

Is hikashop+hikaserial the right solution for this "only 2 products" webshop (annual or monthly sub) ? If so what are the recurring payment available to do so ?

Thanks

Laurent

Hi,

HikaShop have an integration with the component "Akeeba Subscription", it allows HikaShop to have some renewal payments. We also have an integration with "paypal recurring".

About HikaSerial, it will have no problem to generate your vouchers. But if you use akeeba subscription, it will generate one order per payment and HikaSerial will generate one serial per order. So in that case, you should just set the validation for one month on the voucher.

Thanks for the answer but it wont fulfill the customer requirements. I'll have to go another way.
