Group Filter Plugin

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2
-- HikaSerial version -- : 1.8.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

I am trying to configure a new group filter consumer for an e-ticket series but when I click the "new" button I get the attached screen -

Please help!

Hi,

It means there is a PHP fatal error.
Please look at the bottom of the page or in your PHP error log in order to get the error message.
Without the message, it will be difficult to fix the problem.

The error might be

Hi,

It is a simple warning, not a PHP (fatal) error.
And the warning is not in HikaSerial/HikaShop.

Please set the "error reporting" to "maximum" in your global Joomla configuration.
At this moment you should see the fatal error at the bottom of the page.

Hi,

Please re-download HikaSerial.
The type "acl" in HikaShop is only in the Business edition. So I have include the type "ACL" from HikaMarket into HikaSerial.
With the new package, the group filter plugin will work on all HikaShop editions.
