Register/De-register

-- Joomla version -- : 2.5

I want to use serial numbers for activating software licences. I also want the user to be able to de-register the software on one machine and register on another machine. Is this possible.

Hi,

Yes it is possible.
Basically, the registration is the fact to put a serial as "used". So if you modify a serial to rechange his status to "assigned" ; you will perform a "de-register" action.
