Hi,

1) You can't, unless you have read the documentation corresponding to that plugin.

2) In a way, this bug is logical yes.
But the good news is that the issue is already fixed in HikaShop since middle March and will be available in the next HikaShop release.

3) What's the link with HikaSerial ?

1)
i search in the hikaserial documentation and i find
1a "Format - The output format (raw text, a formatted date, a qrcode or a barcode). Some format can have extra parameters. " but no information about parameters ( empty input field 1 and 2 higlight in green in my capture screenn)
1b "Barcode - Display the content as a Barcode (format EAN13), the content as to be compatible with this format.. " But nothing about the 2 empty fields
2)

3) discover this when use hikaserial to see after buy a product and see if change in order BE. I put it to bug section

Hi,

1) The two inputs are the for parameters.
So the first input is for the parameters for the type and the second input for the format.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...ns-attachserial.html
In the documentation, when it is written that you have to specify something, it means that you have to enter it in the input box below the dropdown.
Like:

Raw Text... - Display a raw text, the exact same text you will specify.

or

Date - Display the content as a date. You have to specify a date format (using %Y, %m, %d...).

3) okay

Hi,

When you create a custom field, you have to specify a "namekey" ; this "namekey" will be use for the column name in the database.
So to generalize, the namekey refer to the name of the column in the database.
