product quantity and serial quantity

I i have a package ( call it package1) with many serial and want a product ( call it product1) .
in each whe nedit product1 i set product quantity to 1 and the serial to 1 ( see the capture screen ) .
which parameter i have to change to be able to have in product quantity =1 and serial Qty = 1

Hi , nothing is logic or easy for me so i need to read explicit information and more example .

to stay focus on my quetions
When in product1 i configure quantity=1 and in same time in serial quantity =1. when save and re-edit the produt1; i see that the 1 is converted to unlimited ( in the gui for product quantity not serial ) . so hikashop don't let me store the value 1 i choose or convert the value 1 to unlimited !!!
so how ca n i be shure that hikashop don't change my value 1 to something else after save ?

To focus on your response
If in serial panel the value quantity is 2 for pack1 Does it mean when end user buy 1 product he ll have 2 serials ?
