Confirmation mail with serial number attached

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message


The confirmation mail that is sent out to a customer when an order is confirmed looks strange at the part where the serialnumber (from Hikaserial) is attached at the bottom. Look at the screenshot for reference - bottom left corner. My question is, how can I fix it so that it gets the correct position and the same look as the rest of the mail?

The two text fields in the top section of the mail:
YOUR_ORDER and SUMMARY_OF_THE_ORDER I can not override because they can not be found according to joomla. Something seems to be wrong with my installation or configuration.

Hi,

For your HikaSerial question, please use the HikaSerial forum section.
Otherwise I won't be noticed that there is a question for me. The rest of the support team won't be able to answer to HikaSerial question because it is a product only supported by me.

The template in HikaSerial 1.7.4 is not more valid with the new emails for HikaShop 2.2.2
I am currently travelling for the Joomla World Conference so I can't update HikaSerial, as you can image.

For the moment you have to override the view "orderserial | show_email_notification_html " and remove

  <tr>
    <td>
and the begging and also
    </td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td height="10"></td>
  </tr>
at the end of the view.

For the translations (which are at this moment HikaShop related questions), please check your translation file, I guess that the translations for "YOUR_ORDER" and "SUMMARY_OF_YOUR_ORDER" are missing.

Thanks, I had the same problem with the serial formatting and as a new user was a little confused - this work around fixed the formatting issues for me.

Yes, this solved most of the layout issues, thanks!

I still have the text "HIKASHOP_MAIL_HEADER" at the very top of the mail. Any chance you could help me with that?
