Insert purchase date into image attached to email

I Jerome. I am new to Hikashop and am loving it.

I am using attach serial to send a purchaser a document with a variety of information.
So far I have created the basic document as an image and have successfully used the plugin to place a serial number on the document where it should be.

At the moment I am trying to get the purchase date to appear in a particular place on the same document but not sure how to go about it. Can you help me?

I am using Joomla 3.3.1 and HikaShop Business 2.3.1

Hi,

You have to display the "Order... order_created"
Then you have to choose the format "Date..." and select the date format you want in the textbox just below.
The date format use the Joomla date format, like : %Y/%m/%d

Jerome,

If I want to display the purchase date + 6 months. How could we do that?
The idea is that my serial is a coupon valid 6 month so I would like to display the expiration date.

Hi,

The "coupon generator" plugin store the "discount end" in the serial extra data.
So you can display this value, if you are right using the option "Discount validity period" in your coupon generator.

Type : Serial data... / extradata.discount_end
Format : Date / %d/%m/%Y
