Hi,

You'll find it in the backend -> Market options -> Limitations for vendors.
And in the changelog for v1.6.4:

"Check Vendor Completion" - refuse the edition/creation of a product if the vendor profile is not completed.

at curent time i dont have active subs and not remember all changes btw tnx =)

UPD. add in attach translates for ukr/rus languages version 1.6.5
PS ukrainian language not present in hikamarket list www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html
later translate ukrainian version for hikashop how i see it long time not updated

PSS. for ukr/rus speaking community:
