Main vendor gets no emails

Hi Jerome!

What can cause if the main vendor do not gets any emails? Maybe am I missunderstood the email filter under /administrator/index.php?option=com_hikamarket&ctrl=config#vendor at the bottom? Also in popup elements can be choosen, but in the field it looks like as it's empty.

Also not clear the same here on: /index.php?option=com_hikamarket&ctrl=config#market_email? Filter means it does send, or does NOT sends in the choosen statuses.

What I have to set on our site:
We have several vendors, if user's order is set to "Confirmed" by the vendor, the main vendor should also get an email about it.

Hi,

The emails to the main vendor are sent by HkaShop and not HikaMarket.
The goal of HikaMarket is to manage the vendors and the main vendor is the store itself, so it is managed by the HikaShop emails like the "order status notification" sent by HikaShop.

So if you do not receive any email for the main vendor, it means that you unpublished the "order status notification" for HikaShop.

Order status notification email plugin is enabled, so the problem not connects to that.
Also the sub-vendor gets the "status changed" email, but the main vendor and the odering user not.

Hi,

Which version of HikaMarket are you using ?
We will release soon HikaMarket 1.4.0, it contains some improvements around the order management. It could solve this problem if you think that the order is right confirmed.
Otherwise, you have to check that the main order is right updated and the HikaShop emails are right published.
