HikaMarket for me....?

I am interested in using hikamarket, however I want to be able to keep my vendor information private from my customers. Is that at all possible? Also, I'm curious as to how it exactly works.. Are orders placed to us, then sent to the vendor, or do they go directly to the vendor..?

I would also like to have an approval process for items listed, to ensure we are not diluting our brand, etc. Is that functionality present?

Any information is greatly appreciated. I am interested in the software, but do not have a technical enough background to get to the answers that are important without someones help.

Hi,

HikaMarket is very flexible and have a high level of configuration for access levels.
You can for example create "vendor custom fields" and determine where the custom field will be available ; so the field can just be visible in the backend (for the admin), in the vendor edition page (for the vendor) and in the vendor page (to every body).

It is also possible to deactivate the vendor links so nobody will know who is selling the product.

HikaMarket also have an "approval" feature so vendor can't sold any product without approval of an admin ; that system will continue to be improved in the future with more features like notification and dedicated interfaces for approvals.

Thanks for the information. Next question.. Can I just purchase Hikamarket, or do I have to purchase another version first?

Hi,

HikaMarket is an add-on for HikaShop ; which means that you need HikaShop first.
But HikaMarket is working with all edition of HikaShop (starter, essential and business).

Because HikaShop is just an add-on, it won't provide you the features of commercial editions of HikaShop ; it provides the front-end edition and multi-vendors features.
(and only the front-end edition features for "HikaMarket front-edition)
