Hikamarket and EU VAT rules

Hi,

Some of our hikamarket vendors are VAT registered (20% VAT), some are not (0% VAT)

As we are based in the UK, how can my vendors, all of which are also based in the UK, handle customers from UK, EU and rest of world with regards to tax?

I found an article about hikashop on this, but how does it work for hikamarket?
