Status Confirmed not sent to vendor

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 2.6.3
-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.7.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.6
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 46

Hey,

When an order is created the vendor receives an email saying an order was created. That's working fine. But when the status is changed to confirmed no email being sent to the vendor.

All statuses are selected for the vendor but it only receives the 'Created' email notification.

Ideas?

Hi,

Your vendor do not have any user or any administrator.
The order notifications emails are send to existing users : to the vendor administrator and depending their ACL, to the vendor users.
