access level issue

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.7.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.5
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

hi

i have set hikamarket > registration options > Usergroup on registration > to a specific group



unfortunately its not working. On joomla usergroup is registered. While on hikashop ACL, it is blank



is there any setting i need to change?

Hi,

I am sorry but I don't understand.
"On joomla usergroup is registered" - Who ?
"While on hikashop ACL, it is blank" - What does that mean ?

Please understand that the "registration" settings in HikaMarket are related to the vendor registration in HikaMarket. When someone wants to create a vendor account and will create a Joomla account in the same time !
Any other kind of registration won't be related to HikaMarket and it can't do anything for that.

The last screenshot is the HikaMarket vendor ; and if you want the vendor have the same groups than his admin, you need to publish the "User" plugin "HikaMarket Vendor groups" and activate the setting "Link vendor group with admin" (that we can see in your screenshot and which is currently "no").

ok let me clarify

1. i want users to register first before applying as vendor. i want him to have user group "registered"

2. after applying as vendor i want applicant to be approved as vendor automatically and his vendor account have a user group of "latest vendor."

3. even if vendor is approved i dont want him to post products automatically. i want it for approval of store owner or super administrator.

4. can i use mass action to place all vendors in the "latest vendor." user group?

5. can we make the vendor complete his profile before posting a product?

how can i do this pls?

Hi,

1. That's HikaShop related ; not HikaMarket.

2. Vendor creation mode is set in the HikaMarket configuration.
The setting in the configuration for the "user group" is when the vendor+user registration is made ; as fully explained in the documentation.
Otherwise, you can use an HikaMarket "vendor user group" plugin to change the user group of users when they became vendor.
