translation email ORDER_STATUS_NOTIFICATION

Hello,
When i activate the email option : notify user when order status change by vendor" :
User get email correctcy but vendor receive also this email with 50% of text untranslated.
Without this option only the vendor receive the email with text 100% translated.

Is it possible to keep only the user notification without the vendor notification (on order status change only ) ( i can't find how to do this )

Also the option "Display vendor name in email" don't work... i have only written : SOLD_BY_VENDOR on each product line
