Disable email validation

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FF.52.00

Is it possible to disable e-mail validation?
I don't want to check is email valid, It only have to be unique field, no matter what use will put there.
And I dont want to send confirm message to user.
possible?

In fact the email activate is related to Joomla itself, not HikaShop.
