Notify Vendor when his profile is published

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5
-- Joomla version -- : 1.6.3

Hi
I set hikamarket configuration for Allow vendor registration to manual, so vendor can register and the status for them is unpublished, so admin will go on manual bases and publish them
I want once the admin publish them to send email to vendor that your vendor profile has been published, please advice how I can achieved that
also, going further, I need to notify the vendor when his products is published as well

Thanks for the feedback.
That's right, there is for the moment, no email for the product approval or for the vendor publication.

We can see to add these two emails in HikaMarket but for the vendor part ; I'm not sure that we can send an email to the vendor each time his "published" state is update.
Because if in the backend you unpublish/publish a vendor, he will receive an email each time you publish it.
Maybe it's better to have a button "approve" when you are in the vendor edition page in the backend ; so the button will publish the vendor and send him an email.

Any news on this topic ?
An approve button that send an Email from the list in Hikashop > System > Emails would be great.
On Publish / Unpublish vendor would be fine too.

Hello,

There are emails for the product approval (and product decline) ; the vendor publication is something very different since there is no "special state" for the vendor. The vendor can be "published" or not ; HikaMarket do not have ways to know if it's an approval or just a re-activation. And because there are other ways for a vendor to be published (like the modification of the admin user group, via a subscription for example) ; it is very difficult to set-up rules to define when an email should be send or not.
