Hikamarket multivendor point and affliate handling

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45

We have a bit concern before upgrade to hikamarket multi vendor

1. How the rewarded points(HK & AUP) work in multi vendor during point payment? Still vailid?

2. The referral point in AUP still work on multi vendor order? Any limitation or restriction?

3. How the affiliate work in multi vendor order? are the system treat every order the same?

Hi,

HikaMarket is an add-on for HikaShop ; it is not an upgrade.
It means that the HikaShop features are not impacted, the points are still working as points, the affiliation still work as it works, etc.

Can vendor control if they want to allow point payment or affliating?

Hi,

For the payment ; it depends if you want to let your vendor create/manage their own payment methods.
In most cases (when the payment methods are only manage by the store owner) ; points earning and points using is only related to the store and not to the vendors.
There is something in the TODO list for "points per vendors" but it will require the component "HikaPoints" which is currently delayed due to developments in progress (HikaShop 3 in the top of the list).

For the affiliation ; it is an HikaShop Business feature and there is no integration between HikaMarket and that plugin.
So the affiliation system will continue to work as usual, like it is working in HikaShop ; using HikaMarket won't change anything in the process and how the plugin is working.
