HikaMarket Multivendor:Allow vendor to unpublish.

Feature request... hopefully very soon....

Ability to allow vendors (hikamarket) to "unpublish/re-publish" their own accounts. To remove all of their products and categories from being purchased.

Event chains:
on their Vendor Control Panel page:
Step 1: Disable my vendor account Yes[ ] No [ ]
Step 2: Yes = Automatically unpublish vendor account.
email notification to Vendor and website admin.

The next time they try to view their vendor account they will be presented with a page to reactivate their account.
Reactivate your vendor account? Yes [ ] No [ ] (publish)

No= Click here to be redirect to the websites home page.


Some people may need to suspend their shop (multivendor) due to vacations or travel and may not be able to process orders while
being away, otherwise orders can be placed and paid for but the buyer will not receive the items paid for and this may lead to a legal action against the vendor.


P.s I know its easier said than done but if this could be implemented soon, that was be amazing!

Hi,

I'm afraid that a vendor won't have any change to unpublish himself.
Regarding the different registration settings ; you can have conflicts with the "manual validation" and also with the "automatic creation".
While in one case you can give the access to the vendor to approve himself, in the other case you provide a double bind while an account is published and his vendor not.

So for the moment, for such implementation in the HikaMarket core is declined.
Without knowing more about your configuration ; I can't give you a clear answer on the possibility using a plugin.
