Hello,

Here is my payment method configuration:

And here the Taxes and Fees Options:

I made a test with a product of $1
1 - Capture ( Enable validation mode (Classical only) on YES)
The vendor see the payment on his account as Pending

When clicking on "Capture payment" (even a day after...) > Page error :

Do you know what could be the problem, why the vendor can't capture the payment ? Please read the rest below, maybe it's because of the minimum amount...

2 - Without the validation mode.
The vendor received
Subtotal $1.00
Shipping $0.10
Customer final tota l$1.10
Vendor final total $1.07 > 0.03 probably the 2.50 % commission
But I didn't receive the commission on the paypal account specified in the payment method.

Apparently there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $1 with Paypal, do you think this is why I didn't receive the 0.03 ?
I have no other choice than setting the Min Price to 1 in the Taxes and Fees options ?

Thank you,

Hello,

1 - About the capture error ; you have to contact the paypal support for more details.

2 - Without the full details about the order ; we cannot perform the manual computing so we can't validate or unvalidate any value.

3 - You are not using the plugin in "adaptive" mode ; so please very carefully that documentation :

Hello,

I read the documentation, the last part of "How payment works" is exactly what I need, adaptive mode.

I use the "Hikashop (market) Paypal Adaptive Payment Plugin", see screenshot in my previous post.
The rest after this image is just the different pages (cancel, return...), refresh IP that I clicked and I had one restriction on the currency since I want to propose $, $CAD, Eur.

Please could you tell me what's wrong ?

Hello,

To use the "Paypal adaptive" plugin in adaptive mode ; you need to deactivate the "classical" mode. But the most important part is that you need a Paypal Adaptive account.
You will find the explanations in the plugin documentation page :
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...ve-form.html#generic

Because you're using the "classical" mode ; it's like you're using the Paypal standard plugin but instead, HikaMarket can "redirect" the payment directly to the vendor and not to your store (so he can be pay directly and pay you your fees afterwards).

Please could you tell me what's wrong ?

See previous message :

1 - About the capture error ; you have to contact the paypal support for more details.

Thank you, it was confusing for me this "classical mode" in the "adaptive" method.
2 more (I hope last) points:

Notify for wrong emails ?
"If another receiver have a wrong paypal account, the plugin will change his configuration.
You can be notified by email that a vendor paypal account is wrong. At this moment you will have to pay the account manually."
- This scenario is not desirable, in the case of the vendor paypal account is wrong. I (the store) would like to received a notification yes but I would like all the payment to be cancelled.
What is the proper setting for that ? Should I let this option on No ?

Link not working: apps.paypal.com/user/my-account/applications
In: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...paypal-adaptive.html
Please what is the correct link? Do I need to create an App since I already got the Sandbox Business Account Username... App Id: I entered my "Email ID" from Profile.

Hello,

This scenario is not desirable, in the case of the vendor paypal account is wrong. I (the store) would like to received a notification yes but I would like all the payment to be cancelled.

You can still see to customize the plugin and stop the order processing.
In the plugin you will find a block where it send the email to the admin :
if(!empty($removed_vendors)) {
You can see to add some code just after the email and cancel the order.

But the goal of HikaMarket is to let the customer buy in your store. So if a vendor email is not right, your store receive the money and you'll see directly with the vendor the rest ; you can also see to unpublish the vendor until the issue is solved.

But the most important part is that you need a Paypal Adaptive account.

Please see : developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/adapti...ation-guide/APIntro/
You will find in our forum a lot of thread where we (and users) are talking about chaotic life of Paypal APIs.
