Percentage vendor error with discount

Hi,

There is an error in the calculation of the percentage applied to the vendor in a situation where there is a discount on the product.

Hikamarket always calculates the percentage value before discounting instead calculate the percentage of the vendor on the discounted value.

How to fix?

Hi,

Yes for the moment the discounts are not processed by sub orders.
This lack would be fixed in the next release.

I upgraded to version 2.1.0 but this problem still has not been solved, right?

Can You make a patch? I have to manually calculate all fees to sellers ... is very hard work!

You have to edit your discounts in order to activate a new vendor option in the discounts.

Hi Jerome,

I did some testing and the discount does not apply to vendors

Then (see images)
1) I created the coupon with the option"Discount target vendor" enabled
2) I created an order with discount
3) the order is generated for the vendor does not contain the discount

What can I do?

Hi,

The coupon only works when it was apply on a product or on a category of products.
I have update HikaMarket on my side in order to manage coupon which does not have "filter". At this moment, the coupon is proportionality separated between the vendors depending on the product prices.

I can send you a pre-version by email with the modifications.
I submitted some modifications on HikaShop too for the HikaMarket compatibility, theses modification would be included in the next release (2.1.1).

I installed the hikamarket_multivendor sent me via email.

But I don't understand the logic behind it.

Make an example:

I have a product that costs € 100 ( www.insegnalo.it/catalogo-corsi-online/corso/183-test )
associated with a vendor (Fabio) who takes a 50% commission

If I buy the item at full price the seller will receive 50 €, it's OK!

If I buy voucher (test_01) with 50% discount I pay 50€ and I expect the vendor are given € 25.

But it isn't so!

In this second case the vendor is given zero, why?

Hi,

My latest modifications should not generate order objects without the order_status.
It is possible in HikaShop that some orders could not have an order_status during some updates (where the order_status does not change).
I don't know how the system plugin "joomdlehikashop" works, it is possible that some checks are missing in the plugin.
