i can not edit user address

1. i can not edit user address from front end.

2. when i download the hikashop and market, do i have to specify my url? as i am learning the software on my pc or laptop or my temperay url , i don't know my final url yet.

how can i set allow the user address edition in the settings of HikaMarket ? the access level screen ?

i use customer control panel and i can not change the address from the front end.

i think customer control panel is from hikashop not from hika market.

what is strange to me is that when i first installed the hikashop and hikamarket, i was able to edit the adress in the front end and i did change settings in the hikashop and hikamarket but later i can not edit the address front end any more. i reinstall the system and i am ok to edit user address again, but later i can not edit usser address again without change any settings. I don't know what happend.

i used t3 b3 for my template, maybe they don't go along?

You can go to my website and log in as admin and password is nolose to check the problem. this website is for testing you can do anything in it to see the problem i mentioned before. as it is important, if the customers can not change their address, How can we diliver ther goods to them.
