Product variants error with checkout

We have a multivendor eshop.
The problem appears when a customer tries to add to cart a product with variants.
It seems that the variant product loses the vendor so the customer can't proceed to checkout.
Please check it and tell me if this is a bug or it has to do with our hikamarket settings.
