Vendor product add redirect issue

Hi,

I am adding a menu item for vendors to (Sell) add products from front end. Currently this menu item is set to Hikamarket -> Vendor product add. When I login from front end and click on the Sell link it takes me to sign in page. I have added this link on a banner also and that too takes me to sign in page even though I am logged in. Sometimes it works but mostly it keeps redirecting to sign in page.

How can I fix this?

Hi,

Do you have a message displayed ?
Does the account right have the vendor access ?

Are you really using HikaMarket 1.6.7 with HikaShop 2.4.0 ?
The changelog specify that the HikaShop required version is 2.6.2 for HikaMarket 1.6.7 and there is also some checks in the installer in order to be sure that you're using the right version. Otherwise it could introduce unwanted and unpredicted side effects.
