Email not send to Vendor on Order Confirmation

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- HikaMarket version -- : 1.7.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.38

When order is confirmed buyer receives an email with order detail but vendor does not receive any email from my site. Althogh he is notified by paypal for payment.

I have Order status notification published under System > Emails. Also Paypal Verified status is Confirmed and Order notification status filter is set to confirmed.

Please provide the soultion asap.

I have already added confirmed in Order notification status filte. See prnt.sc/cvo1fn

Are you sure you are talking about HikaMarket ?
The vendor cannot be notify by paypal for the payment, only the store owner is notify (by HikaShop).

Yes it is Hikamarket.. Actually i use split payment and vendor gets notified by paypal when payment is received.
I want order detail email to be sent from my site on confirmation.

I simply want an email to vendor when order is confirmed. As per documentation i have added 'Confirmed' in Order notification status filter but vendor does not receive any email. See [ prnt.sc/cvo1fn ]
