shipping methods not appearing

Hi,

I have a hikamarket site set up with two vendors.

I have many products and each of these are associated with one of the two vendors using the Custom Fields -> Vendor option on the product page.

My shipping options appear and function correctly when they are not associated with a specific vendor, but they do not appear in the checkout procedure when they are associated with a vendor.

I've checked the MYSQL database and there are three entries in the hikamarket_vendor table; the first is empty but the second and third look like my two vendors.

Any ideas why my shipping options are not appearing?

Hello,

Can you please provide details about your shipping configuration ?
Are you using specific restrictions ?
What is your HikaMarket configuration regarding the shipping ?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response.

The restrictions in using are a min and max price and different associated shipping prices, I.e.;

£0 -£50: shipping price £1
£50.01 -£100: shipping price £5
£100.01 - £250: shipping price £10

Apologies; I'm not sure I understand your other questions. What other information do you need?

Firstly can you follow each step of the "Shipping methods" section of our FAQ and test it again ?

We just wanted to know how you configured the option under the "Restrictions" tab of your shipping methods configuration page. But also how you configured your HikaMarket shipping related options.

Hi,

Thanks for the link - however this has not resolved my problem.

When I remove the vendor from the manual shipping method (so that it says 'none') it works perfectly. So I do not believe that the restrictions are causing the issue but rather the association with specific vendors.

Please answer to my first request by providing concrete details about your settings ; I mean screenshots.
Yes, you might have some configuration issues regarding the shipping when associated with vendors ; but if we don't have any knowledge about your website and how it is working, please be sure that we can't understand and provide you any useful help.
