I'm seeing what you say about joomla 3 and the link but i am telling you that no matter where I click none of the buttons are working in Firefox or Chrome. However, it sort of works with I.E. 10 but does not appear in a pop up box and only part of the invoice shows. See attached.

Hi,

The popup problem comes from your bootstrap template. It does not includes the CSS rules for the modal popup.
Several thread talk about it, like this one:

Edit: I test your website once again and the buttons works on Chrome/Firefox. It is just that the popups are not displayed correctly due to a CSS problem.
Even in chrome, if you click on the "shipping" button, the popup will appear at the bottom left of the web page.

This popup problem will appear in HikaShop too.
If you want to force the mootools popup in HikaShop/HikaMarket, it is possible.
You have to change the "popup mode" in the HikaShop configuration (tab "display").
