Customize Product add frontend for vendor

how can i customize product filed in add product in frontend for vendor
in my site any user can add own product on site and sell it .
but in add product frontend all of field is show like access level , page title, Alias , keyword canonical url ,....
regular user don't know what is this option and i want to hide this option. are there any solution for this or i must to override template ?
i want simplifed product add for regular user.

second problem is that template . in add product frontend template is table but in backend is div. we have any optoin to change table view in div format?
