Hello Hikari.

I need to customize my website's currency symbols.

Currently, the prices show like this:

Shipping method
Australia Post By sea 45,10 AUD
Australia Post By air 61,60 AUD

Name Unit price Quantity Total price

More Than Words Can Say
22,00 AUD remove product 22,00 AUD

Snaps
15,00 AUD remove product 15,00 AUD
Total 37,00 AUD
Shipping 45,10 AUD
Final total 82,10 AUD

Instead of 50,00 AUD, I want to show AUD$ 50.00

What file do I edit or which part of the admin component should I configure to make this possible?

Kind regards,
Jason

You can go in the menu System->Currencies to edit your currency formatting:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ncy-form.html#locale

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I already checked the Currency management page on my HikaShop Configuration before I posted here. This is my currency configuration for the Australian Dollar:

Name: Australian Dollar
Code: AUD
Symbol: $
Rate: 1.00000
Published: Yes
Display: Yes

Format: %i
Decimal separation: .
International fractonal digits: 2
Local fractional digits: 2

Symbol proceeds positive value: No
Symbol and positive value space separation: Yes
Symbol proceeds negative value: No
Symbol and negative value space separtation: Yes
Positive sign position: 1 Sign before
Negative sign position: 1 Sign before

What could be the possible problem here?

Hello Nicolas,

Many thanks. That solved the problem.

I just put %n because %n%i will display: AUD 10.00$10.00.

I've just tried to add the paypal option and changing AUD to $ messed that up, right now I'm trying to work out how to remove AUD from the display altogether.

You should not change the currency symbol. Instead, you should change the format to %n in order to display the symbol instead of the currency code:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...ncy-form.html#locale

You need to edit your currency via the menu System->Currencies and change the format to %in

Hi,

It's not a problem of your template.
There is no problem. You just need to edit your currency in the menu System>Currencies and remove the space which is used as thousands separator and that will avoid the problem.
