anchor "terms and conditions" w/ mobile bootstrap

the "terms and conditions" text using mobile (iPhone is the only one i tested) will not stay with the check box.

if you go here using a iphone:

and click "add to cart" you will see the text floats to the top of the screen with the checkbox below (screenshot).

That's because of the CSS:
@media (max-width: 767px)
.modal {
position: fixed;
top: 20px;
left: 20px;
right: 20px;
width: auto;
margin: 0;
}

of the file 184.154.228.9/~throwdow/live/templates/r...mpiled/bootstrap.css of your template.
Change it to :
@media (max-width: 767px)
div.modal {
position: fixed;
top: 20px;
left: 20px;
right: 20px;
width: auto;
margin: 0;
}

and that will work just fine...
