New template only for shipped status

Hi
Can i make a new template for order status "shipped"?
My store send auto mails for all statuses but "shipped" i do manually, and i want to make a different template only for that status.

Hi,

Yes, that's possible. Copy the file media/com_hikashop/mail/order_status_notification.html.php to media/com_hikashop/mail/order_status_notification.shipped.html.php and modify that file.

Hello again, Jerome send me to this topic with my question
Im trying make my own template for shipping status with HikaSerials (and trying to make my life easier lol)

I made this putting <!--{IF:ORDER_SUMMARY}-->{VAR:ORDER_SUMMARY}<!--{ENDIF:ORDER_SUMMARY}--> to order_status_notification.shipped.html.modified.php and got this view



But i want my template look



I tried to do something with {LINEVAR:PRODUCT_NAME} x {LINEVAR:PRODUCT_QUANTITY} and {VAR:ORDER_SUMMARY} but didnt make it at all

Hi,

I sent you in the HikaShop section of the forum because you was posting a message around HikaShop and not HikaSerial.
And now you're posting a message about HikaSerial in the HikaShop section of the forum...

Can you please try to be more clear in your messages and explain with details what you want to achieve ?
If you're talking about HikaShop email customization ; that's the right place.
If you want to customize the serial display in the emails ; that's definitively not the right place and that's clearly not how you should present your message in the HikaSerial forum too.

Im asking now in my old toppic that was in HikaShop and dint wanted to generate new topics and you telling me thats for HikaSerial XD
