-- PHP version -- : 3.5.8.2
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error Illegal mix of collisions (utf8_general_ci, IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci, IMPLICIT) for operation '='

I checked the database in hikashop config.
Error Illegal mix of collisions (utf8_general_ci, IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci, IMPLICIT) for operation '='
How to fix this problem?

Hi,

Edit your hikashop_user table or the users table of Joomla via your PHPMyAdmin and make sure that they use the same charset.

I try to do as Hikashop told me already.

Hi,

In any case, note that this is not really a problem. The error only happens on a sycnhronization query which you don't normally have to use as HikaShop already synchornize the users between HikaShop and Joomla thanks to the HikaShop user synchronization plugin.
This query is only useful when the users are desynchronized because you made some changes like for example you migrated the tables of a HikaShop to another Joomla website and thus the users of HikaShop and Joomla are not synchronized.
Since it's probably not your case, you can simply ignore that message.
