New product tax category and new rate

-- url of the page with the problem -- : localhost
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.13
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 53

Hi.
I can't find where in hikashop i can set new product tax category and new rate? In system->taxes are only dropdown list with first configuration data. In the documentation I found information for the old version of joomla.

Hello,

In System => Taxes, have a look in your toolbar :



You have 3 buttons, that able you to create :
1° Tax categories
2° Create a rate if needed
3° Then click on New

And have a look on this tutorial to understand different Taxes managing.
