Customize the order before adding it to cart

Hello, I would be interested in buying HikaShop business, since at least at a first glance it seems really good (and the demo looks good too).

What I'm asking here might be a non-standard functionality, since we do sell sport wearing in our place and since we recently are looking to put our material online, we got a problem along the way.

Most of the sports wear must be customized, for example by adding some kind of logos, images, sponsors, numbers, etc.

We would like to allow, for the logo, images, sponsors, etc, to allow the user to upload an image (of course by allowing maybe only a minimum resolution), and let the user add further instructions to let us know were we will need to apply all the things.

Is this actually possible in hikashop? If yes then at least explain if it's something difficult to do.
