erreur paypal

suite à un essaie de paiement voici un code erreur.

je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir tout compris, je me permets de poser cette question :
J'ai fais ouvris un compte Paypal Business à mon client
Le compte Paypal du marchand est ouvert au Luxembourg
Sur le site j'ai installé 2 modules de paiement :
1) HikaShop Paypal payment plugin
2) HikaShop PayPal Pro payment plugin

En faisant un test en réel (je suis un client français) , le test 1 paiement Paypal plugin fonctionne, le marchand à bien reçu le règlement et moi j'ai bien été débité sur mon compte Paypal

En faisant un test 2 avec Paypal Pro, j'ai le message d'erreur : Error 10002: Security header is not valid

A la lecture de ce forum, il semble que le plugin PayPal Pro payment plugin ne fonctionne pas dans UE.
SI c'est le cas qu'est il possible d'installer avec PAYPAL ?
