Wollte fragen ob es möglich ist, dass ich ein Feld mit einer Dropdownliste bei den Produkten hinzufügen kann?

Hi,

You can use characteristics/variants for that.
Go first in the menu Products->Characteristics and create a new characteristic with the possible values.
Then, in your products edition screen, you can add that characteristic and the dropdown of the characteristic will display on the product page of the product.
