Das soll natürlich nicht passieren, aber kommt schon mal vor... liegt aber an Joomla (und eher nicht an HikaShop).

Versuch mal folgendes (nach jedem schritt checken, ob HikaShop in der Komponentenliste wieder auftaucht):

  • In Joomla die Caches leeren (auch den "Abgelaufenen Cache").
  • Erweiterungen -> Verwalten -> nach "Hika" filtern und sicherstellen, dass alle benötigten Erweiterungen aktiviert sind - vor allem die im Bereich "Administrator".
  • Anzeige pro Seite auf "Alle" setzen, alle markieren und "Cache erneuern" klicken.
  • Erweiterungen -> Überprüfen -> klick auf Button "Überprüfen". (Sollten Elemente gelistet werden, markieren und dann "Installieren" klicken.)

Soweit erstmal... hoffen wir, dass eine der Aktionen tut... ansonsten muss man mal direkt in die Datenbank schauen.
