-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5.
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.38
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Edge

Wo kann die Option eingestellt werden, dass der Einkaufskorb ersichtlich ist, ohne dass man sich zuerst anmelden muss. Sprich, die Anmeldung ist erst bei der Bestellung nötig.

Du meinst den "Gast"-Modus.

Und wenn ich deine Frage nochmal lese, dann denke ich, dass dein Kunde vielleicht keinen Warenkorb angezeigt bekommt.

Hast du entweder ein Warenkorb-Modul oder einen entsprechenden Menüpunkt oder beides angelegt? Ohne das kein Warenkorb, zumindest nicht vor dem Checkout.
