And I can't see you stating that any price is for "help with installation and configuration", so without such express statement you are indeed (re)selling the products, where the fact that there is a(n additional) link for free download from here doesn't change it.
IMHO you'll have to make things clear there. Very clear. You know, no matter where you are or what you think is ok, it's easy to get in trouble on the Internet, especially when operating a website, even more so when operating a web shop, and pretty much guaranteed if you do it like this...
