Carousel options don't work

I have a problem with the module. Set div 6 columns, 8 products, and products on the website does not scrolling.

which template name and module name do you use ?
where does they come from ( hikashop or template maker ) ?

English is the standart language for programming, could you please set/ turn your language backend in english before post an capture joomla image ?!!

A link and access to your website is the better way to have support feedback from hikashop user or hks team .
