I have a current php file that I use to handle all of this if it is PayPal contacting it directly and can share this file with you to give you a better idea of what I need done.

Requirements:
I need a plugin that will take the PayPal IPN information and do two things:

1a) If the user is new (based on their paypal email not being in the mysql database) add it to the database.
1b) If the user exists, increase their subscription time (same mysql db) based on the time package they have purchased (IPN Item_Name).
2a) If the user is new, send the user an email that includes a random number generated password.
2b) If the user exists, send the user an email.

Other requirements:
1) I need to be able to edit the contents of the email.
