To have adds on hotmail ? No, it's not in the plans. Adds management is totally different from selling goods on your website.

i was thinking like program affiliate program in business edition .

instead of imaganes company maybe would be products random

The problem is that your adds are placed on others' websites and a lot of them will use google adds or image banners from you. Dynamic products listings is less likely to interest them and is a lot more difficult to make.
