Images in Carousel with Lightbox effect?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.27

I have a carousel with a filter, showing 6 products (2 rows, 3 columns).
The images are linked to the respective product pages.
So far, so good.
Is it possible to have a lightbox gallery effect on the images, before going to the product page?
The client would be able to see a bigger image and could browse through the 6 currently active images...
I'm asking because a similar thing was possible with VM....
