Could you give a link to your website so that we can see the problem ?

Sure, for example:
www.hanburycrosspublications.com/index.p...ame=ebooks&Itemid=57

I think it might have to do with transferring the site from another server. I transferred the database and all the files but it doesn't seem to work the same. Also the Cart menu/block that was on the left side is not there anymore.

Thanks for your help.

When you click on the "add to cart" button on your website, you get the error:
GET www.hanburycrosspublications.com/index.p...ebooks%26Itemid%3D57 403 (Forbidden)

On some servers the redirect URL in clear in the add to cart request didn't work (like on your website) so we modified the system in a recent version of HikaShop. If you update HikaShop, the problem will resolve itself.

Ok, I'll try that. How do I upgrade though? I see there are only full version downloads.
Thanks.

Indeed. You need to install the full version package on top of your previous version and that will update. I invite you to do a backup before as you never know what can happen...

Ok, I upgraded.
Now the Add to cart reloads the page but there's no sign or a link to the cart. How would I bring that left side block back, the one that tells you if and how many items there are on the cart?
Thank again. Almost there!

You should go in the joomla module manager and check the settings of the "hikashop cart module". If it's not displayed, it's because you changed something in the settings of that module.

Ok, did that. The module wasn't showing up so I created a new one. So far so good.
One more thing that seems to be the last one. The Hikashop Cart module's inside alignment is a bit off, see pic.

What would I edit to fix that, is it Joomla or Hikashop specific?
Thanks again.

It's a problem in your template CSS.
You have the code:
div.module_menu div div div div, div.module div div div div, div.module_text div div div div {
background: none;
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 0;
}
in the file www.hanburycrosspublications.com/templat...104/css/template.css
If you remove the line margin: 0 auto; and refresh your browser's cache, the problem will be solved.
