Error 1064 checkout "zones"

Hi, I can't figure this one out. I've reinstalled HikaShop. If you login this issue occurs. It does't occur if your not logged in. Any idea how to solve it. It happens when you login and go to checkout.

Okay, I think I figured it out. The problem was in the UPS plugin in how I have configured our billing and shipping method. It looks like if there's no shipping method, the UPS plugin gives an error because it doesn't know what state or country to pull from.
