Did you modify an HikaShop mail ?
It is a strange problem that haven't be reported before.
I see that you are using HikaShop Starter 2.2.0
By updating HikaShop to his latest version you can fix some problems. And if you modified directly the "order_creation_notification" email (or "order_status_notification") his orginal version will be restored.
