Guest Checkout Issues

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Essential 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- :2.59

Hi,

I am having problems with guest checkout, my shop works fine and allows checkout if I am logged in as administrator but the checkout process shows an address box for guest users with a next button however if you click next the same page is loaded and you cant checkout.

The finish button is missing from the bottom of the guest checkout process.

I have attached a screenshot of the guest issue and also of my hikashop settings.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hi,

I see that you have some required fields in your first screenshot.
Are you sure that one field is not missing ?

The button next is not available still the user is not "logged" or have a "guest account".
The "next" button allow the customer to validate the creation of the guest account but if some fields are missing or if there is a problem during the creation of the guest user, the page will reload and the guest account won't be there.

You can check that your template is compatible with the joomla messaging system.

Maybe HikaShop is displaying you an error message and you can't see it.

Hi,

All the input boxes have content I have done a few tests, The tag is included in the template.

Here is a link to the page (it is in a hidden menu at the moment)
